We are very proud to announce that our Local Commissioner, Kuyr Anett Abrahamian has been awarded the highest award from Boys Scouts of America on January 28, 2010 - She's received the Silver Beaver Award! Thank you K. Anett for your hard work, dedication and unconditional devotion to our Scouts!.

K. Annet Abrahamian has earned the Silver Beaver Award.
The Silver Beaver Award is "The highest award a council can award its volunteers in recognition of service to youth through Scouting and other organizations.

A.G.B.U. Southern California headquartered in Pasadena, preserves and promotes the Armenian identity and heritage through educational, cultural and humanitarian programs. A.G.B.U. Vatche & Tamar Manoukian High School in Pasadena, A.G.B.U. Manoogian-Demirdjian School in Canoga Park, four chapters: Pasadena/Glendale, the San Fernando Valley, Orange County and San Diego, Ardavazt Theater Group, Asbeds, Generation Next Mentorship Program, Hye Geen, Ladies Committees, Scouts, Sports and Young Professionals. The SCDC helps carry out A.G.B.U.'s mission and maintains a prominent role in one of the largest and most vibrant Armenian communities in the world.
